Dear New Creations In
Christ
Part of being a christian is being able to self assess whilst
summarily ignoring our flaws. In other words, going through the
motion of repentance, whilst basking in the self satisfying
knowledge that regardless of what we do or indeed how we do it -
means that we are assured of entering heaven. The bible proves this
by stating:
There is
therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ
Jesus,
who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. Rom
8:1
This of course negates the need to be in the world and part of it -
otherwise we as Godly men and women wouldn't be able to function
without our many Crutches. So in order to get around this problem-
we simply advise throwing caution to the wind and summarily ignore
the latter half of Pauline diatribe.
With that in mind Sister Amelia And Jesus Ministries have devised a
Saintly Check List for you Christian Soldiers and Paragons of
Christian Virtues to be utilised once every month.
Compile Three (3) lists.
The first list should contain words that describe Christians as you
would like to romanticise and idealise them as being (you may use
the pastel and flowery).
For instance:
Loving, kind, godly, caring, compassionate, paragons of virtue,
warriors of Christ, saints, elite, the chosen ones....
The second list should contain words that accurately describe
Christians as they actually are from a Christian view point.
For instance:
Holy, chosen, prayer warriors. sints, elite, persecuted, victims,
new creations, sinners saved and forgiven...
The third list should contain words that describe christians as
they truly are from a Non Christian bias and experience.
For instance:
Denialism, contradictory, , deviants, child molesters, vampires,
divisive, worldly, contentious, satanic, unclean, sexist,
homophobic, warmongerers, charlatans, misogynists,
Now that you've compiled the three lists, it is required that you
ponder why the Non Christian List is surprisingly longer than the
other two lists and question whether you live up to your ideals of
what a Christian is or whether you live up to the perceptions of
what Non Believers perceive you Godly new creations actually
as.
